Mayor Stewart Willis, Councilman Ray Gooch and Town Planning Commission Chairman Louise van Dort from the Town of Washington met with Hampton District supervisor Mike Massie and Werner Kxebser, who represents Wakefield District on the county Planning Commission and is a property owner in Washington to discuss the town’s future and issues between the town and county last Wednesday.
County Administrator John McCarthy sat in on the meeting as did town residents Diane Bruce, Mitzie Young and Charles Eldred.
