Is Ron Frazier living in the same county as the rest of us?
In last week’s Rappahannock News he complained that the paper erroneously reported that “Katzen Faces Election Probe.”
That was no error. There was an investigation. It showed that Del. Katzen misused election funds. He used money that voters had donated to him this year to pay off election debts from a previous election. This is a violation of Virginia election law. It is not a serious violation, and nobody, including me, thinks Katzen did it maliciously. Nevertheless there was
