With today’s technology, our supply of products and services far exceeds our ability to consume enough to keep businesses profitable. This causes businesses to look for consumers in underdeveloped nations: These countries need loans to become purchasers which our government backs with out tax money. Our government has been supporting other nations for years, until now we have to borrow money just to pay the interest on our own debt.
To solve our problems we must have a more accurate means of distribution than the Price System which permits price changes every day. We know the production of all goods and services expends energy. Energy is measurable, therefore, these measures provide the only reliable information on which a technological society, such as ours, can organize a secure future.
