As the Courthouse is a currently occupied governmental building, interested bidders are forewarned that schedules most particularly of the Circuit and General District Courts will limit available dates and times tor working in the building. Flexibility in setting work hours may be necessary.
All work is to be completed within sixty (60) days from contract award.
