Shooting Matches Set
The Castleton Community Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company willhave their shooting matches starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23 and continue each Saturday until Nov. 11. Only 12 gauge shotguns with no sleeves will be permitted. For more information call 937-3922 or 9376051.
Fundraising Auction Planned
The Page Pregnancy Assistance Center, a Christian, non-profit, nonmedical pregnancy care center will be having their seventh annual Fundraising Auction and chicken BarB-Q at the Page Valley Fairgrounds in Luray on Saturday, Sept. 9 rain or shine, starting at 9 a.m. The auction will feature a huge selection of used and new items including a 1980 4 door Chevy Chevette and a 1984 Oldsmobile 2 door hardtop.
