The letter also states that Katzen’s opponent, candidate Sue Scheer, was being coached and was trying to read lips to get answers to questions at the Amissville candidate’s forum on Aug. 15.

Sue Scheer doesn’t need to lip read to get her message across. She has intelligent views and opinions on many issues that vitally effect the lives of Virginians and Rappahannock residents. She has the best interests of all citizens in mind.

The accusation is nonsense — “Scheer nonsense” — made up of nothing.

We need Sue Scheer in the legislature to keep Rappahannock County from becoming another Fairfax. She needs our votes to get there. Listen to her. She has important messages for all of us. Read my lips.
