1. ) All interior walls and ceilings of the first floor area of the Rappahannock County Courthouse, to the extenor of swinging double doors at first floor stainwav. This work to include all trim, doors, fixed painted shelving, and other exposed pre-painted wood surfaces.
2. ) All Interior walls and ceilings of the second floor of the Rappahannock County Courthouse (Courtroom, Judge's Chambers, Jury Room & Bathrooms), to include stainway from interior of swinging double doors at first floor. This work to include all trim, doors, fixed painted shelving, and other exposed pre-painted wood surfaces. This work shall also include application of dean polyurethane (or other) coating to unpainted finished railing and trim.
3. ) All exterior trim board on the second floor of the Courthouse at gutters and down spouts, to indude of gutters and downspouts. This work to indude painting of said surfaces and materials on the Commissioner of Accounts addition to the rear of the Courthouse as well.
