Washington Town Council will consider recommendations to slow traffic down in town, especially along Business 211 (Main Street and Middle Street).
Marshall Boarman brought a series of recommendations to the council that he had gathered by talking with people as he went around town discussing speeding and collecting signatures to take to the council and Sheriff Gary Settle supporting action on the problem. He presented the council with petitions signed by over 60 people concerned about speeding in town.
