A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 in the Thornhill Farm Family Cemetery, off Route 604, Boston.
Found and Sons Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
Lillard Service
Memorial services will be held for George Walton Lillard, better known as “Doc” at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 at the Washington Masonic Cemetery.
A native of Rappahannock County, Mr. Lillard, 89, died on February 8, 1996 at Mary Washington Health Care in Colonial Beach.
He was a member of Washington Baptist Church and was a graduate of Washington High School. He won a scholarship to Straylei College in Washington, D.C.
He worked for the American Ice Company in Washington, D.C. for a number of years.
He is survived by two sister, Lorena Lillard Upham of Bridgewater and Catherine Lillard Boyd of Colonial Beach.
