VA ALL BUSES, MOTORHOMES AND LARGE VEHICLES MUST USE THE PARKING AREA ON ROUTE 627 (see map) From the Metropolitan Washington Area: Take 1-95 South to Fredericksburg to Rt. 3 West. .Take Rt. 3 West to Rt. 20 South to Rt. 522 North, to Rt. 617 and turn left and follow the signs to the reenactment. OR Take 1-66 West to Rt. 29 South (Gainesville Exit). Take Rt. 29 South to the Rt. 522 exit. Take a left off the ramp and then turn right onto Rt. 522 South. Follow Rt. 522 South to Rt. 617, turn right and follow the signs to the reenactment. From Central Virginia: Take Rt. 20 North out of the Town of Orange. Go left onto Rt. 628 and follow the signs to the reenactment. From the South (Richmond): Take 1-64 West to Rt. 522 North. Continue on Rt. 522 after crossing Rt. 20, go to Route 617, turn left and follow the signs to the reenactment.
