The Oasis Winery will be presenting white asparagus grown by Heidi Eastham of Ben Venue, the only known commercial grower in North America.
Guests will be allowed to enjoy free samplings of the white asparagus paired with the finest wines from the Oasis Winery' from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 25.
Oasis will also have live music, cigar tastings, wine tastings and winery tours during the day.
