The rash of thefts in Rappahannock County continues.
Sheriff Gary Settle wants to warn county residents to make sure their personal belongings are secure, as during the past couple of weeks many items have been stolen which were not secured or otherwise locked up. Lawn tools especially should be kept locked up rather than sitting on a porch or otherwise in plain sight, he said.
The Sheriffs Office believes that a suspect in some of these thefts may be driving a white van, possibly a Ford, which is an out of county vehicle. If anyone has information about
