This year's list of the Sheriffs Most Wanted contains two holdovers from last year's list and a few new ones.

Donald Paul Estep, 25, has been evading the police since a capias was issued for his arrest in April, 1993. He is wanted for violation of probation. In May, 1990, he pled guilty to grand larceny and breaking and entering charges, for stealing a TV and VCR from the Amissville Methodist Church in November, 1987. He was sentenced to a total of 12 years, but Circuit Court Judge W. Shore Robertson suspended his sentence and put him on two years of supervised probation.
