PTO Meeting Set
The Rappahannock County Elementary School PTO meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 in the auditorium of the elementary school. Also "reading favorites of Rappahannock" a reading program presented by students of the RCES. A used youth book sale will be after the event. Refreshments will be served. RCHS Band To Perform
The Rappahannock County High School band will perform in uniform under the direction of Cecil Scott at an ice cream social at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 27 at the high school.
R.A.W.L. Fund-Raiser Begins
During October, November and December the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League will benefit from sales at the WExchange of the White Elephant in Warrenton. Donations of furniture, toys, household items, tools, clothing, etc. are urgently needed. The White Elephant is located in the Towne Center (Food Lion) shopping center, and donations may be taken there after Oct. 1. Call Barbara Dennis at 364-2569 for more information.
Cloverbuds To Meet
