The monthly Sing Along and Pickin party will be held at the Salem Fire Hall on Friday, Sept 27 from 7 until 10 p.m. Everyone who attends these singing parties thoroughly enjoys them, so come and bring your friends.
The Reva Volunteer Fire and Rescue recently received at check from Bell Atlantic Telephone Pioneers of America, in the amount of $500. Also to be used on the Reva. ambulance was the gift of 15" Hug-ABears” presented by Culpeper Area Pioneer coordinator Vera Stephens. The Company is really thankful for these gifts. Their regular meeting was held at the Bethel Baptist Church Thursday.
Salem and Reva Fire Department in our area are included in the Virginia Firefighter Appreciation Day to be held on Sunday, Oct. 6. King's Dominion is offering $13 tickets to all fire personnel on that day. Call 804278-0149 for ticket information.
