As part of the program, the town council will receive a low interest or no interest loan from the fund. They will then administer a local loan program, redistributing the money to citizens who apply. Because the council must submit their plans and application packages to DEQ no later than Feb. 13, it is vital that interested property owners submit their applications to the council as quickly as possible.
