VIRGINIA Pursuant to the requirements ot Part VII of the Virginia Solid Waste Management Regulations (VSWMR), Permitting of Solid Waste Management Facilities, the Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Waste Permitting, will hold a public hearing on the prepared Draft Permit Amendment No 520, for the Rappahannock County Sanitary Landfill. The facility is located on State Route 639 in Rappahannock County. The Draft Permit Amendment was prepared by the Department ot Environmental Quality, Office of Waste Permitting, in accordance with Paris V, VII, and IX of the VSWMR. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 1998, at 7:00 p.m., in the Rappahannock County Court Room, located at. the Rappahannock County Court Complex.
