Force, testified that an informant, Randall Hair, who works with the drug task force had made purchases from Martin in the past. The judge allowed the testimony concerning prior drug buys from Martin to be used in the case. Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke said it showed a pattern of behavior directly relevant to the case before the court.
Hair set up a drug buy with Martin on March 11 and the drug task force, assisted by the State Police, made the arrest. Martin was indicted by the Grand Jury May 11.
