Handy Dandy was a lucky spot on October 28, 1992. That’s when Charles Ramsey of Dale City won a million-doiiar Lotto jackpot with an Easy Pick ticket he purchased at the store.

Mr. Roadcap keeps track of all Lotto winners in the state. “1 point at the map every time a customer complains about too many winners coming from the beach or not enough winners from this area,” he says, laughing. ‘They’re usually surprised at the number of winners we’ve had in this area!”
