Cross country
Imagine having to run three miles in 90 degree or more heat. Not a pleasant thought. Many students at RCHS do this voluntarily however. They are the school’s cross country team.
Five days a week these students practice and at least once a week they compete.
Last week was no exception, on Sept. 14 the team competed in a meet at Page. Three teams participated in the race — Page, Broadway and Rappahannock.
