Edward Woodward, 84, of Norfolk died Feb. 14.

Mr. Woodward was a carpenter. He worked at the Naval Ship Yard and then retired from Naval Airstation. ; He attended Calvary Assembly of God Church. ! Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Virginia Woodward of Norfolk; two brothers, Silas Woodward of Orange and Macks Woodward of Montpelier and two sisters, Dorothy Frye of Sperryville ■and Sarah Woodward of ‘Pennsylvania.

Funeral services were conducted Feb. 18 at Calvary Assembly of God Church by the Rev. Dan Golf. Burial was at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. | Woodlawn Funeral Home ■was in charge of the arrange!ments.
