Get rid of the remote control for the television. Store your favorite pots and pans on a bottom shelf. Practice picking up children by squatting and lifting with your legs instead of bending over and straining your back. Combining these daily activities with an appropriate exercise plan will greatly increase your pleasure in the garden.
