Carrie Lee Kines, 75, of Front Royal died Friday, Feb. 19 in Arlington.
Mrs. Kines was bom Nov. 23, 1923 in Washington, the daughter of the late Thomas and Etta French Smoot.
She was predeceased by her husband, T. Marvin Kines.
Mrs. Kines was a. member of the Washington Baptist Church and retired as a seamstress with Aileen in Flint Hill.
A memorial service will be held at the Washington Baptist Church on Friday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Phil Bailey officiating.
Interment will follow at the Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Surviving are one son, Ray Smoot of Arlington; five brothers, Harvey Smoot, Clabert Smoot and Billie Smoot, all of Washington, Arthur Smoot of Flint Hill and Bernard Smoot of Long Beach, Miss.; one sister, Annie Foster of
