• Atkins would like Rappahannock to establish working relationships with other county governments, to possibly combine services so they would be more efficient and cost effective. On such area would be insurance coverage for government employees.
• Atkins would also like to see the county establish some long term planning goals. He would also want the county to put some funds aside so that a large tax increase wouldn’t be necessary.
