For the sixth time this season, the Rapp 2 Firebirds have scorched their opponents. Saturday’s game against Culp A at Sisk Field in Culpeper started with Culp A scoring early. The Firebirds accepted the challenge fought to overcome a 1-0 deficit.
Although it was a very physical game, Rappahannock rebounded to score five times, once by a penalty kick, and blistered Culp A 5-1. Under the direction of Coach Pendleton and Linda Torrance, the Firebirds hdve scored 31 times against their opponents and have only given up five goals.
