driving a 1995 Isuzu four-door, attempted to pass a 1994 Dodge wagon being driven by Shirley Blevins of Amissville. He rear-ended Ms. Blevins, causing her to hit a 1997 Ford farm tractor driven by Herschell Blevins, Jr., also of Amissville. The tractor overturned, and Ms. Blevins hit a tree. There were minor injuries. Damage estimates to the vehicles were extensive: $2,500 on the tractor, $10,000 on Ms. Blevins’ vehicle and $6,000 dollars on the Isuzu. Wayland has been charged with reckless driving.
