Jack Atkins says that he would like to “put something back into the county.” That is why he is running for Jackson District Supervisor.
Atkins, a lifelong resident of Rappahannock County, should be familiar to many people. Despite his full-time job at VDOT, from which he is considering retirement in July after 34 years of service, he is very active in the community.
