• Monday, Oct. 4 the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will meet at 2 and 7 p.m. at the courthouse in Washington. Old business includes: Ball Field Project, former Armentrout property and presentation of bust of George Washington, third week of October. New tentative agenda items include: Appointments: Richard Smith has resigned from the Rappahannock County Water & Sewer Authority, term expires July 31,2001 and Franklin Warner’s and Celine Siira’s terms on the Rappahannock County Library Board expire on Dec. 31, neither can be reappointed. Other items include: Petition from Rappahannock Roads Coalition; September Building Permit Report; Telecommunications Ordinance Public Hearing on Oct. 6 at 7 p.m. and Lord Fairfax Community College Fauquier Campus dedication Oct. 22.
The 7 p.m. session will include SE#99-05-02, Harris Inn/Lodge and SE#99-08, Payne Boundary Adjustment (withdrawn at request of applicant).
