ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above-styled cause is to bring about the adoption of an infant, Brittany Catherine Ruffner, by the Petitioners, Jacqueline Soapfer, grandmother of the child, and Steven Soaper, tyer husband, the child having been placed in the custody of the Petitioners by the birth father, James R. Runner, Jr., in September, 1995.

It appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that the birth mother is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that her last known address is in the State of Maryland, it is therefore ORDERED that the birth mother, Jennifer K. Barron, appear before this Court on or before the 8th day'of November, 1999, and do what is necessary to protect her interest in this matter.

And it is further ORDERED that this .Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia
