On Aug. 2, Regional Adult Education PD #9 and Culpeper Literacy Council hosted the GED graduation at George Washington Carverfiedmont Technical Education Center on Route 15>, south of Culpeper.
Culpeper, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock counties were all represented by graduates receiving the GED’s for the 1998-1999 school year. " Graduates from Rappahannock included: Donnie R. Jenkins, Betty S. "Sisk, Seth Verrill.
