Dr. Gangel, in a brief speech to the RCHS student body prior to the ground-breaking, recognized McCarthy, the Supervisors and the School Board for their vision and hard work on this project. “Today is a very important day in the life of our school,” said Dr. Gangel about today’s ground-breaking.
Construction was slated to begin last week, but Dr. Gangel observed that bad weather may affect the schedule. Construction is scheduled to be completed by August of next year.
