Youth soccer
has mixed
results over
weekend

Rappahannock Youth Soccer played its third weekend Saturday, Sept. 25. The U14 Rabbit Wombats defeated Culpeper B 2-1. IJ-12 Rapp 1 tied Madison 4-4 at the RCHS soccer field. The U-12 Rapp 2 and U-17 teams had the weekend off.
The U-10 teams played “under the lights” at Culpeper’s Comet Stadium. Both teams displayed their professionalism and knowledgeable skills, but each were defeated by Culpeper 2-0.
The U-8 Fireballs do it again, 6-2 over Madison! U-8 Blue Devils Jacob Racer and Scott Crotty pitched in to assist Madison’s short-handed team and avoided a forfeit, in keeping with “the spirit of the game.”
Congratulations to all teams on their past and present accomplishments. Good luck this coming weekend!
