Wine festival set
Sharp Rock Vineyards near Sperryville will host their second annual wine festival on Saturday, Oct. 2 from noon until 5 p.m. Enjoy bluegrass music, food and wine. $10 per person includes wineglass, tasting, a glass of wine and snacks. Night Program

The 4-H Achievement Night Program will be held Friday, Oct. 1 in the Rappahannock County Elementary School cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. Please bring a covered dish for the dinner prior to the program. New Honor Club members will be inducted. If you hold an office in your 4-H Club for the 1999-2000 year, try to attend for the officer installation ceremony.
