We are pleased to announce that Sandy Gudaitis of Flint Hill has joined our office as an Associate Broker. Sandy has been in the real estate business since the late 1970's and has held a Broker's License in four states. An educational advocate for buyer's rights in the marketplace, she has worked as an Exclusive Buyer Representative for the past ten years.
Some of you might recognize Sandy as the office advisor for the Virginia Farm Bureau in Rappahannock and Warren County. On Thursday night, October 7th at 7:00 p.m. Sanay will speak at the Rappahannock Library. The topic will be "Good Consumer Habits Start at Home." She promises an evening of enlightened insight into the real estate market and how it applies to buyers.
