Washington’s Town Council approved the addition of one county resident to its i expanded Architectural Review Board. The planners and council held a joint ' public hearing to hear the town’s residents’ reaction to a plan to allow one ; county resident to sit on the ARB, which must approve all exterior modifications and additions to buildings within the 1 town limits. The board was created as part of the town’s designation as a historic district in 1984.
