PUBLIC HEARING FAUQUIER-WARREN-RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given in accordance with §15.2-3107 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended), that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors intends to approve a voluntary written agreement to relocate and establish the boundary between the Counties of Fauquier, Warren and Rappahannock in the Chester Gap area, and shall hold a public hearing on the proposed agreement on Monday, November 1, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia. This boundary agreement is made in accordance with §15.2-3106 of the Code of Virginia and must be adopted by the governing bodies of all three Counties. The proposed new boundary shall be relocated and established to run with existing property lines, roads, and the Rappahannock River, and shall place the following land in the Counties indicated: A. In Rappahannock County 1. Sections E and F of Blue Ridge Mountains Estates. 2. Mt. Royal Subdivision. 3. Approximately 39.43 acres according to plat of survey by J.E. Sutphin dated 1918 on file in Chancery #1393, Wines et als v. Sealock in the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia. This land is now believed to be titled in Albert S. Wines, Ruby Pearl Wines, and Wayne and Shirley Smoot. 4. The property of the Stanley A. Williams Estate. 5. The property of James and Montse Vittitow. 6. The property of Thomas O. Williams. 7. All land on the southeastern side of Rt. 610, from the intersection of Headwaters Road (Rt. 666) to Rt. 665. 8. Lot #27 of the Joudon Browne Subdivision. 9. The new boundary crosses Rt. 522 at its highest point. 10. All of French Farm Subdivision except Block A, Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, and Block C, Lot 1, which are in Warren County. 11 .The land of Larry L. Andrews and Cynthia L. Andrews formerly owned by Helen French. 12. The land of James MacGrail to the west of the Rappahannock River. B. In Warren County 1. All of the Bonefield Tract, approximately 108 acres. 2. Lots 1 through 16 of the Joudon Browne Subdivision including the Garland F. Sealock property. 3. French Farm Subdivision, Block A, Lots 7,8,9 and 10; Block C, Lot 1. C. In Warren and/or Fauquier County 1. The land now or formerly owned by Patricia E. Middleton and Roger L. McCauley, 10.3775 acres, adjoining French Farm Subdivision. 2. The land of Larry L. Andrews formerly owned by C.E. Johnson, R. S. Graves, Jr. and Richard R. Graves. 3. The land of Updike to the north of and contiguous to the just-mentioned land of Larry L. Andrews.
