Sixteen year old prodigy cellist Han-Na Chang will perform her miracles at the theater on Sunday, Oct. 17 at 2 p.m. Miss Chang burst into the limelight in 1994 when she entered the Fifth Rostropovich International Cello Competition in Paris. She left the Competition with the First prize as well as the Contemporary Music prize, unanimously chosen for both awards by Maestro Rostropovich and ten other jury members.
Past seasons saw her debut with the New York Philharmonic, and appearances with the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Cincinnati Symphony and the Oregon Symphony. Planned for her 1999-2000 season are appearances with the Berlin
