all, teachers are a critical component of every high-tech business—and they know it. And if anyone know’s how a small investment now can pay big dividends in the future, it’s Mark Warner.

Here's the deal. It’s so straight forward. As governor, Mark Warner will establish a high-tech mutual fund for teachers. Companies in the high-tech sector will invest stock—no money, just stock—in a fund that is only for Virginia's teachers.

Teachers will have a guaranteed stake in every high-tech business that succeeds in Virginia—without gambling that, after bouncing from job to job all their lives, they may be far from rich. ,

A dedicated teacher in Virginia could retire very comfortably. Instead of fighting to ■ keep teachers, we might see competition for jobs.

If a stock goes belly up, who cares? It cost nothing in the first place. There’s nothing but gravy,

If Warner wins, it’s win, win, win—all the way down the line—because this is not his only great idea. He’s got a lot of 'em. Mark Warner’s got the “vision thing" for Virginia and he’s got it bad.
