Primary enemies of raccoons are dogs, traps, automobiles, and humans. Keep your distance from all wild animals and remind children not to go near them.
Be a responsible pet owner and keep your pets away from raccoons. They will not become aggressive unless they are cornered, protecting their young or have rabies.
