Mr. Presgraves is survived by one son, Rex Allen Presgraves of Front Royal; two brothers, Cloyd Presgraves of Jessup, Md. and Charles Presgraves of Flint Hill; two sisters, Katherine Blouch of Lebanon, Pa. and Jean Dodson of Fairfax and one grandson.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, July 9 at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Amos officiating.
Interment followed in Flint Hill Cemetery.
Calvin Birtcher

Calvin Luther Birtcher, 83, of Madison died Thursday, July 5 at Mountain View Nursing Home in Madison.
He was born Feb. 18, 1918 in Farmington, W.Va. to the late James Birtcher and Emma G. Kiernan Birtcher.
Mr. Birtcher was a veteran of the Army-Air corps serving in World War II, receiving numerous medals and citations. He was a member of the Secret Squadron of the 8th that specialized in propaganda, psychological and electronic warfare.
Mr. Birtcher was employed by the Baltimore Mass Transit System as a bus driver for over 20 years, after which he delivered newspapers for the Daily Progress. He also worked as a security guard for General Electric.
