Rappahannock Nun Pnoto/Bartwra C. Waytand *, A white dogwood tree was planted in front of Rappahannock County High School recently in memory of Shelby Atkins, for his 17 years of service. The tree was donated by Chris Bateheter of Storybook Farms Nursery in s Amissvilte and planted by Mark Wharton, Marc Russell and Watty Reid. ;
