Essay winner
I’m pleased to tell you that Cecilia E. Wilson, of Stanley, a senior at Page County High School, has won our first annual essay contest for high school level students. Nadia, Chase and I will welcome Cecilia to our home away from home while she is in Richmond. She will be an intern in my office. We hope that Cecilia will experience and learn a great deal during her work in Virginia’s historic capitol.
