The result of Mr. Bennett’s evaluation though was his suggestion that “proposed text amendments” to the Zoning Ordinance be dealt with through an application, by Ms. Kuhn, to Town Zoning Administrator John McCarthy, and a public hearing on the issue at the Town Planning Commission’s June 24 meeting.
The Council agreed, by consensus, to this process and, should an application be submitted in time by Ms. Kuhn, a public hearing will be advertised for the Planning Commission’s June meeting.
The Council also agreed to make final changes to the new Zoning Ordinance and to pass it to the Planning Commission for a public hearing at their June 24 meeting.
