A MORE
PERSONAL
VIEWING
When planning u funeral, you may also want to plan a viewing for the body. This tradition goes baek to "wakes," where family and friends viewed the body between death and burial. Historieally, this took plaee at the home of the deceased. Today, this is often done at the funeral home, one or two days before the funeral. This viewing can be less formal than the funeral and provides family and friends with an opportunity to reminisce about the deceased loved one. To personalize the view ing, we encourage playing music that was meaningful to the deceased. In addition, photos and photo albums may be prominently displayed, along w ith any items that held special significance for the deceased.
Whatever feels "right” for your family is what you can choose. At the MOSKR FUNERAL HOME, we offer a variety of plans and services for you to choose from, and we're happy to personalize them for you so they meet your particular needs. We re at 233 Broadview Avenue, Warrenton. Call 540-347-3431
