• Bob Moore of VDOT presented the revised Six-Year Road Plan, reduced due to VDOT funding reductions. The, onlv new project scheduled for FY2003 is the Main Street Sperryville drainage improvement project. The Board approved the revised plan and a motion by Mr. Welch to add Qwann Lane, a private road, to J the road addition list.

• Mr. McCarthy noted theft ’ budget cuts to the Community1 Service Board will require that Family Guidance Center days of operation be- reduced by two days per week.
• The Board agreed to table a decision on the FI at wood new road agreement until the site can be visited bv all supervisors. The visit is scheduled for June 24 at 4 p.m.
• The Board agreed .ta adjustments to the Wakefield District-Chester Gap and Flint Hill precinct boundaries.
