Mayor Willis suggested that the ordinance be adjusted to require a kitchen and bathroom in any building labeled an accessory apartment, and that the reference to a separate building be eliminated and so require that accessory apartments are located only in the primary residence.

Mr. Bennett also suggested that more specific definitions be developed for accessory buildings and accessory apartments. The Mayor will discuss such changes with Zoning Administrator McCarthy.

Helicopter landings

Town Treasurer Alice Butler brought up the issue of helicopter landings in the Town, and again suggested that the Town develop an ordinance to prohibit such landings. She
