Photo courtesy of Hazel Zinn-Dav The Rappahannock County Master Gardeners, Roger Andrews and Doug McCabe, with the help of 4-H Volunteer Leader, Elaine Kramer, and Extension 4-H Technician, Hazel Zinn-Day, presented the Ready, Set Grow program to the first grade ' * class of Rappahannock County Elementary School. This is a yearly program teaching youth about how plants grow and how to care for them. The first grade classes planted seeds for their first grade garden. Pictured here is Roger Andrews presenting RCES Principal Raye Tupper with a marker for the first grade flower beds made by Frank Zinn of Culpeper The markers will forever mark where the first grade flower beds will be planted every year.
