There has been no public accounting of how $60,000plus has already been spent, and for what. We think that three years was more than adequate time to complete this modest Gateway Project, but it has not really begun, except for seemingly endless applications, filings, approvals, certifications and discussions. We want to see some real work underway—bridge-building, street-digging, earth-moving.
