The Theatre at Washington, Virginia continues its presentation of classical chamber music performed by fine professional musicians with a concert for cello and piano on Saturday, March 5, 2005 at 8 p.m.
The program includes the Sonata in D Major for violin and piano by Franz Schubert, arranged for cello by R. Mushabac, Variations on a Theme of Paganini by Gregor Piatigorsky, and three short works by the nineteenth century Austrian composer and cellist David Popper.
