Patients should arrive between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. for registration and to establish whether or not they qualify to attend the clinic. They must also try to be one of the first 10 patients present in order to guarantee an appointment with the doctor.

“We are very honored to work with these patients,” said volunteer Jennifer Matthews.
